DIC (Digital Image Correlation) Strain Measurement System
Achieving a tracking resolution of approximately 0.0001 pixels with a unique algorithm.
MotionScope's strain measurement system achieves a tracking resolution of approximately 0.0001 pixels through its unique algorithms. In addition to providing a system that includes cameras as a turnkey solution, we also offer sets that allow customers to select lenses, lighting, speckle, and more according to their specific applications. Since measurements can be taken non-contact, it is possible to measure various objects such as the blades of wind turbines and large buildings or structures. ■ Measurement of displacement (visualization of movements less than 1μm) ■ Ability to magnify and analyze the motion of objects ■ VMA (Visual Modal Analysis): Visual Modal Analysis ■ Smart aliasing: Measurement up to 14 times the Nyquist limit is possible. ■ BOSchlieren (Background Oriented Schlieren): Background-oriented schlieren.
